- 5 years of Previous experience in powder coating in a conv or related field
- Ability to assemble, weld, and fabricate metal parts
- Familiarity with machining processes and equipment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic math concepts
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools

To excel in this position, you should have previous experience in powder coating or a related field. You should also possess strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively, and have a basic understanding of math concepts. Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
