What you will do:

- Provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer support requests to meet client retention targets.
- Provide Product and Development with customer feedback on new features and areas for improvement.
- Develop and monitor key metrics (retention and growth) to meet assigned objectives and targets.
- Organize and deliver technical training consistent with course content, objectives and delivery strategy.
- Drive customer loyalty and product adoption through a variety of mediums, including webinars.

**Experience**:

- Strong verbal and written communications skills, and tools including the web, Zoom, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Be proactive, well organized, detail oriented and deadline driven.
- Experience in document and customer success process creation an asset.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to excel under pressure.

**Salary**: $24.20-$30.80 per hour
