Demolition Worker

Looking for a P/T Helper who is interested in showcasing their work ethic in order to become a Lead hand with their own helper and use of company truck. Willing to work with the schedules of Oil and Gas camp/shift workers looking to come home to their families and work in town.
The right person will be physically strong since this is demolition work. Property and business owners will be encountered from time to time so decent hygiene and a clean appearance are also important. Labour and/or Demolition experience is a must.
Standard demolition work. Prepping the space to be worked in with the proper dust control and hazard mitigation. The scope of work ranges from removing cabinets, flooring and other various individual items to full room gut jobs. Transporting removed debris from the building out to the truck carefully, leaving no mess behind. Not just a smash and dash approach, we do our best to remove everything in a clean and organized manner. Not only does this make clean up easier it's about respecting the owners space.
We know good work is hard to find so we are willing to pay well for the right person. Retention bonuses and performance bonuses. Piece work, Paid by the job. This means hard work + efficiency = Faster money and less time at work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $200.00-$400.00 per day

- Evening shift

- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 2 years (preferred)
