Production Artist

**Ideally, You’re Someone Who**

**What You’ll Be Doing Everyday**

Gather and explain their ideas in presentation documents in a clear and ordered manner

Solving problems with approach to design projects with a keen sense of design aesthetics

Develop high-quality renderings and other visual materials

Oversight of pre-press to ensure quality and accuracy for all agency production

Participating in project meetings and positive discussions relating to appropriate graphics methods/techniques to meet project requirements

Follow detailed requirements documents and create usable creative assets

Participate in the evolution of our Product Book

Create training manuals, sales brochures, and other materials for our North American partners

Working with external vendors regarding the coordination of production for external products and services

Creating mockups and developing 2D art with industry-standard tools

Fundamental knowledge for troubleshooting technical issues in electronic files for on-screen viewing - graphic linking, file size optimization

Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video

Maintain and update collateral and asset library

Take creative/art direction and high-level business strategies and transform them into actionable ideas

Other duties as assigned

**Education & Experience**

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design with 3+ years of experience in a related position

Previous graphic design experience spanning digital, print, and packaging

**Skills & Knowledge**

Understanding of the creative process

Skilled in typesetting techniques of social media and online media, able to edit pictures

Gaming/Tech background is an advantage

CAD, 3D, and Blender experience is an advantage

Working knowledge of motion graphics

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch

High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud

A creative ability and artistic talent

This full-time position is Monday through Friday, based on a 40-hour work week. There may be occasions where the hours may vary, be irregular, and be those reasonably required to meet the goals of Lightheaded

Salary and bonus structure commensurate with qualifications and experience
