We're searching for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our company data.

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter data from various sources (paper forms, digital files, etc.) into designated databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain a clean and organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of entered data by comparing it to source documents.
- Proofread data for typos, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Update existing data in databases and spreadsheets as needed.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis tasks as instructed.
- Follow data entry procedures and maintain data security protocols.
- May assist with other administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy (minimum speed requirement: [X words per minute]).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and ideally Access).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of database structures (a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $4,580.00-$4,733.00 per month
