We're seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to lead our site team as a Carpentry Supervisor.

**About Us**:
We specialize in supply and installation of wood and hollow metal doors, moulding, cabinets, closet organizers and millwork paneling on new high rises.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate carpentry crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan and execute carpentry work efficiently.
- Assign tasks to team members and provide guidance and support throughout the project.
- Monitor progress and quality of workmanship, making adjustments as necessary to maintain standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in carpentry, with a strong background in construction and supervision.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 4 years (preferred)
