We are looking for someone who is:

- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics
- 2-3yrs related experience in product inventory management, planning or allocations
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills: ability to collect, organize, and analyze data
- Highly computer literate with advanced level of MS Excel ability

A day at Fig may look like:

- Work with Procurement + Allocation team and Sales and Marketing team
- Manage allocation and replenishment strategy
- Achieve inventory management KPIs
- Build effective relationships with cross-functional partners and Fig Bar teams
- Design and implement new processes to help scale our business
- Inbound logistics: receive shipments, reconcile packing slips + store products in appropriate place
- Trade: manage all customs, brokerage and carrier relations
- Outbound logistics: manage the direct to guest delivery transportation required to facilitate our e-commerce business channel, respond to and arrange for fulfillment of PO’s from Fig Bars
- Distribution: control inventory costs by minimizing holding, product loss and storage costs
- Canadian/US retail experience in Supply Chain preferred

Compensation for this role:

- $18 - $22 per hour based on experience
