**Job Description**:
- Come Innovate Motion with Us- As a member of the Quality Team, the QA Supervisor reports to the Quality Manager and is responsible for the internal aspects of the quality system. Work must be done in a safe and efficient manner and comply with all Stackpole International’s Health & Safety policies, procedures and quality systems. Working knowledge with SPS, 5S and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities are required.- Your responsibilities will be to:- Involvement with Investigations.
- Handle Time away requests and must know the status of Backup Inspectors.
- Manage all internal and external audits, LPA and process, control plan audits.
- CQI-9 and other special audits could also fall under their role either as an assisting or lead role.
- Maintain the quality manual, write and update procedures as required.
- Supervision of QA inspectors
- Ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety Systems are met.
- Other duties as required- Our requirements:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have 2 years of working experience in the QA Department as a QA inspector.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills. Able to work well independently or in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multitask.
- Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environment
- Work indoors. Environment can be noisy and dealing with different temperatures (i.e extreme heat)
- Ability to lift a maximum of 30lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods at a time
