The Client & Market Research Scientist reports into the Client & Market Intelligence Lead.
**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Analyze complex data to uncover insights, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Clearly communicate analytical findings and business implications to stakeholders.
- Gain insights into market dynamics and industry trends.
- Engage in and contribute to innovation initiatives, exploring new data methodologies and technologies.
- Produce and polish diverse communication materials to effectively convey data insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with business researchers and analysts across various disciplines, providing data expertise on key projects and initiatives.
- Ensure project milestones are met, maintaining open communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, taking initiative and coordinating effectively within project teams.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions, offering data-driven perspectives to influence organizational direction.

**Your experience and education**
Bachelor's/Master
- 's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 2+ years in data science or analytics with a solid analysis foundation.
- Proficient in Python, R, and SQL for data management and analysis.
- Experience in data visualization tools like PowerBI.
- Excellent communicator of complex data insights in simple terms.
- Capable of managing multiple projects with priority for deadlines.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, delivering quality work under pressure.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills in diverse settings.
- Adaptable to change, with a continuous learning and innovation mindset. French knowledge is a plus for bilingual communication.
