**The role**:
The Beauty Coach is responsible to achieve target sales, recommending to customers any Clarins products in line with their requirements, conduct Clarins mini-treatments as well as providing an excellent customer.
**What you’ll do**:
In an environment where we want to offer an exceptional quality service to consumers, we have set key priorities in line with the Group Strategy
- Achieve daily target sales by recommending and selling Clarins products in line with customer requirements. Use initiative to create activity and traffic during events.
- Ensure that the merchandising is in-line with Clarins and the store.
- Merchandize counter in accordance with company guidelines and make sure it is visually attractive to the customer.
- Maintain updated client file system and manage client recall. MY C must be used for every customer.
- Make sure stock returns, credits, transfers and deliveries are managed efficiently.
- Maintain professional relations with your various contacts: Beauty Advisors, Cosmetics Supervisors, Store Managers, Account Executives and Regional Director.
- Make a note of sales and services on in-store activity report and forward this information to your Account Executive. Ensure you track you KPI and Skin Times on the proper report.
- Ensure that the counter has always one activity per week. Perform minimum 3 Skin Times a day.
- Wear your Clarins uniform in accordance to the dress code.
**You are**:
Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and the cosmetics industry, and self -motivated, with a sense of priority and the ability to make things happen.
**You have**:
