A graphics installer is meant to arrive in a timely manner and present themselves to clients and their colleagues in a professional and respectful way in the way they dress and speak.
Premier Graphics will always seek out training opportunities, so it is expected that a Graphics Installer is ready and willing to attend and take seriously any industry training that is presented to them.
Our industry is comprised of a large variety of projects, so it is expected that a Graphics Installer is adaptable and ready for a variety of projects in a single day.
- **A Graphics Installer is expected to;**_
- Ensure high quality installations on a variety of projects
- Manage time wisely and meet deadlines, communicate early when this appears to be an issue
- Communicate to the team in an upbuilding and constructive manner, especially when issues arise
- Keep consistent record of completed work within our ‘Jobber’ management software, including photos, completion sheets, VINS’s etc
- Assist the team in collaborative discussions on installation techniques and tooling to sharpen our skills
- Work consistently building an upbuilding and positive team atmosphere
- Arrive in a timely manner, communicate both success and failures clearly
- **Future Roll Opportunity - Shop Supervisor**_
In addition to all above responsibilities a Shop Supervisor is expected to;
- Keep order of all tools and equipment within the shop space
- Manage deadlines between the production team and the installation coordinator
- Liaise with clients and/or transport companies to ensure vehicles are moved in a timely manner once projects are completed.
- Ensure tools are in proper working order and materials kept in stock for both production and installation staff.
The Shop Supervisor’s primary aim is to ensure that the transition from production to installation is as smooth as possible and that installation staff has everything they need to perform at the highest level possible.
**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
