**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service, adhering to all legal requirements.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Assist with food service as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
**Skills**
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of food handling practices.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.40-$17.41 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
