**About the Role**
- Provide supervision of all aspects of interior details, from window stage to completion, including trade rough in.
- Schedule trades as per Marcon sequence flow (in collaboration with the site superintendent).
- Create and maintain the interior sequencing schedule
- Oversee Marcon interior labor and provide direction to labourers.
- Manage Interior Labour within established labour budgets
- Assist Superintendent in the creation of Suite and common area Mock up Micro schedule
- Inspect each trades work and ensure they are giving us high quality results.
- Enforce trade partners to complete deficiencies in timely manner before they proceed further.
- Depending on the size of the project, Finishing Superintendent may be required to perform detailing tasks.
- Ensure trades follow Marcon’s Safety Policies, supporting the work of the Construction Safety Officer (i.e. Personal Protective Equipment worn, harnesses on deck, eye protection. Etc.).
- Report to Superintendent daily to ensure schedule and quality are being met.
- Lead daily/weekly interior trade meetings.
- Providing homeowners with an orientation may be required.
- Oversee the implementation of all homeowner upgrades.
- Ensure Home Owner pathing is 100% complete to ensure the experience aligns with Marcon brand of quality
- Ensure all trade partners provide up-to-date quality checklists
- Ensure all homeowner orientation deficiencies are corrected prior to move in date

**About You**
- Experience in hands on ability with drywall repair, painting, and miscellaneous carpentry.
- Flooring and tile experience.
- Computer software knowledge and basic understanding of Microsoft 360
- Understanding of how to read construction drawings
- Customer service focused, approachable friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Considerable knowledge of residential and concrete construction.
- Concise documentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- An eye for detail and a desire to achieve high standards of completion.
- Ability to undertake minor repairs using tools as required.
- Contribute to the Company safety culture in all work activities.
