Brewer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Brewer to join our team. As a Brewer, you will be responsible for the production and monitoring of our brewing processes to ensure high-quality beverages are consistently achieved. This is a Modern Automated, 12 barrel set up.

**Duties**:

- Operate brewing equipment to produce various types of beverages
- Monitor fermentation processes and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the brewing area
- Package finished products for distribution
- Fabricate and assemble equipment as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the brewing process

Qualifications:

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to sanitate brewing equipment and work areas
- Experience with forklift operation is a plus
- Knowledge of food processing techniques in the food industry
- Familiarity with packaging methods in beverage production
