Position Overview

Le succès est atteint grâce à l’excellence opérationnelle, à l’optimisation des talents et de nouvelles façons de vendre, tout en assurant le plus haut niveau de normes d’intégrité de la marque.- As the Associate Manager, you support the General Manager in the creation of strategic plans, managing the execution of plans to ensure a profitable business. Associate Managers are key decision makers in the absence of the General Manager, in addition to owning their duty of responsibility. Success is achieved through operational excellence, optimizing talent and new ways of selling, while ensuring the highest level of brand integrity standards.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Soutenir le directeur général dans l’analyse des tendances commerciales et la planification stratégique des initiatives commerciales pour votre magasin
- Comprendre et éduquer votre équipe sur les outils et les ressources de rendement des ventes et des profits
- Créer une expérience client uniforme alignée sur les attentes de la marque RL en soutenant la vision du magasin
- Aider à la création de la stratégie de développement de la clientèle du magasin et diriger la sensibilisation de la communauté au sein de votre marché
- Exécuter la stratégie de gestion des talents établie pour votre magasin, en collaborant avec le gérant général pour bâtir et développer une équipe avec le client au centre des préoccupations, qui peut concrétiser la vision du magasin.
- Favoriser les activités de réseautage et de recrutement relatives au marché de votre magasin
- Participer activement à des conversations continues sur le développement des talents, en offrant aux employés des occasions d’encadrement, de rétroaction et d’apprentissage
- Maintenir des normes de productivité exceptionnelles grâce à une gestion impeccable des processus, y compris des objectifs de réduction des stocks et des magasins
- Promouvoir l’utilisation de nouvelles technologies pour soutenir de nouvelles manières de vendre et de nouvelles manières de magasiner afin de stimuler les résultats commerciaux
- Respecter toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise
- Fournir de la rétroaction aux partenaires interfonctionnels, en identifiant le potentiel de profit élevé et les tendances commerciales de la catégorie pour le marché de votre magasin
- S’assurer que la surface de vente et toutes les normes du magasin dépassent les attentes en tout temps
- Créer un environnement inclusif aligné sur les valeurs fondamentales de Ralph Lauren et les domaines d’intérêt culturels
- Ce rôle spécifique et le quotidien des opérations de la compagnie exigent une communication régulière en anglais avec le personnel et les clients aux États-Unis.
- Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning of business initiatives for your store location
- Understand and educate your team on sales and profit performance tools and resources
- Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations by supporting the store vision
- Assist in the creation of the store client development strategy and lead community outreach in your market
- Execute the talent strategy set for your store, collaborating with the General Manager to build and develop a team with the customer at its core, who can deliver the store vision
- Drive networking and recruitment activities in your store market
- Actively engage in ongoing talent development conversations, providing employees coaching, feedback and learning opportunities
- Maintain exceptional productivity standards through managing processes and store execution, including supporting with inventory control and management to achieve store shrink goals.
- Champion use of new technology in support of New Ways of Selling techniques and More Ways to Shop to drive business result
- Uphold all company policies and procedures
- Provide feedback to General Manager & District Director, identifying high profit potential and category business trends for your store market
- Ensure sales floor and all store standards exceed expectations at all times
- Create an inclusive environment aligned to core Ralph Lauren Company values and Cultural Focus Areas
- This specific role and the nature of the business require regular communication in English with staff and clients in the USA

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou l’équivalent
