**Ce que vous devrez faire**

Un Associéconstitue le visage de la marque pour nos clients au détail et a la responsabilité de créer la meilleure expérience client au magasin. En tant que Associé, vous vous engagerez activement avec un nombre souvent important de gens divers à l’aide de votre connaissance des produits, de la marque, des activités et de la communauté, en vous assurant que chaque client reparte avec un souvenir positif de l’expérience au magasin. Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe assurant que l’engagement avec le client constitue la priorité absolue, tout en aidant à l’entretien quotidien visuel et opérationnel du magasin.

**Comment faire la différence**
- Utiliser tous les programmes du magasin y compris sans s’y limiter le Programme de l’expérience client, les modèles d’apprentissage basés sur les produits et les activités pour offrir un engagement client personnalisé de haut niveau
- Servir de ressource unique pour les clients en leur fournissant les connaissances et les recommandations pertinentes sur les produits, la communauté et les activités
- Démontrer des aptitudes à apprendre et à communiquer des connaissances concernant les activités, la communauté et les produits afin de créer une expérience mémorable et précieuse pour le client
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et de productivité en utilisant toutes les ressources disponibles pour satisfaire les besoins des clients
- Assister à l’exécution et à l’entretien des directives et normes visuelles, y compris sans s’y limiter la présentation des marchandises, l’entretien ménager et le réapprovisionnement des produits
- Assumer les fonctions de caissier le cas échéant
- Assister à toutes les initiatives de prévention de pertes
- Assister à l’entretien visuel et opérationnel général du magasin

- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Connaissances, expérience et capacité à apprendre sur les produits, les activités, la communauté qui sont importants pour la base des clients du magasin
- Attention au détail
- Interaction régulière avec le public dans un environnement de magasin interactif souvent bondé et bruyant
- Excellentes compétences orales et en écriture
- Compétences en informatique, comprenant le traitement de texte, les feuilles de calcul et d’autres logiciels
- Aptitude à travailler selon un horaire flexible pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise; il sera nécessaire de travailler les fins de semaine, les soirs et les jours fériés

Conditions physiques:

- Pour réaliser les fonctions de ce poste, L’employé doit fréquemment se tenir debout; marcher; utiliser ses mains et ses doigts pour manipuler et toucher des objets, des outils, ou des contrôles; et se baisser, s’agenouiller, s’accroupir ou ramper.
- L’employé doit occasionnellement grimper et se tenir en équilibre. Il doit fréquemment soulever et déplacer jusqu’à 25 livres et occasionnellement soulever et déplacer jusqu’à 50 livres.
