Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our business operations and driving growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong project management, accounting skills, sales, and supervisory skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete full cycle accounting - AP, AR, Monthly Financial Reports
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, making recommendations for improvement
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform business decisions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in business management or related field
- Accounting experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated success in sales or business development
- Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities
- Proficient in creating & analyzing financial data and making informed decisions
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
