Star Buds Cannabis Co. is your neighbourhood dispensary. We provide a comfortable setting to learn about and purchase all types of cannabis products. Our carefully curated selection includes: flower strains, pre-rolls, vape products, edibles, beverages, extracts, topicals, tinctures, accessories and more. We have something for everyone, from the occasional user to the daily consumer. We strive to educate customers, normalize usage and contribute to our local communities.

Our Retail Key Holder is all about the customer experience, creating a welcoming environment for our store teams and customers with has a strong drive to make our stores succeed. At Star Buds Cannabis Co., we continually work towards building a neighbourhood Cannabis store that strives to be “best buds” with people in our community.

**About You**
- You create an amazing store dynamic and culture for our amazing teams
- Have a great grasp on inventory management and order fulfillment
- Execute company directives and initiatives to ensure they are completed with success
- Compliance is key, so attention to detail with regulatory bodies is very important to us
- Work with the company’s leadership to ensure merchandising and promotions are planned and followed through
- Effectively communicate to your direct manager
- Can lead by setting a great example for the team
- Coach your team effectively by building on their strengths and helping them succeed

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist all customers that visit the store
- Professionally and politely handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns
- Educate customers about our products
- Process payments with POS and computer systems
- Open and close the store accurately and on time
- Staying up to date on offers and specials
- Responding to member inquiries with comprehensive knowledge and accuracy
- Maintaining sales goals on a daily and weekly basis
- Closing and completing all end-of-day reports and procedures
- Complete inventory counts as directed by your manager
- Ensure the store is clean and tidy

**Job Requirements**
- Be at least 19 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- CannSell Certification considered an asset
- Complete a successful background check prior to joining our team
- Proficient with MS Office products
- Previous use of scheduling software
- Knowledgeable about Inventory Management procedures
- Flexibility with schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous key holder experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
