Surrey, Canada Industra Construction Corp Full time

Industra Construction Corp. is a fast paced, multi-disciplined, self-perform General Contractor based in Surrey, BC. We specialize in the Industrial, Municipal and Government industry sectors throughout Western Canada. This position will be based from our Surrey (Cloverdale area) office and will directly support our pre-construction team to pursue and win tender, RFP and design-build opportunities.

**Key roles for this position**:

- Construction documents controls and distribution to project specific trades and suppliers, including addenda and scope changes alike.
- Organizing front end project files and assigning estimate numbers.
- Creating and distributing phase (cost) codes.
- Strategically sourcing key sub-trade and material supplier quotations for specific tender pursuits, with up to 8 active pursuits at any one given time.
- Tracking trade and supplier bid status updates and levels of participation.
- Developing relationships with and expanding upon our current database of trade and material suppliers.
- Participating in tender and submission closings.
- A clear understanding of and a passion for construction and operational systems.
- Must be highly organized with a finite attention to detail.
- A master in time sensitivity and the ability to meet crucial deadlines.
- The willingness to put in extra time when necessary to meet a deadline.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and related professional drawings.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Excel, Projects, B2W and Bluebeam software.
- Post-secondary graduate.
- 3+ years of construction experience

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Surrey, BC V3S 4S4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction administration: 3 years (preferred)

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
