Lube and Tire Technician

**Want to work with your hands, with a great team and improve your tire changing skills?**

Then we need you Full time or part time tire technicians to assist in helping our ever-growing customer base. We have 3 hoists to accommodate our customers. Now we just need to hire the right people to help us through the upcoming tire season.

**What you will be required to do**:
You will need to have good customer service skills. The ability to work in a group with supervision. Be able to be physically on your feet, lifting, bending, pulling for most of the day and moving quickly. You will need present different options and offers to the customer to benefit their vehicles needs.

**Job Overview/Details**:
You will be directly responsible for:

- Rotating Tires
- Balancing Tires
- Installing Tires
- Perform Tire Repairs
- Offer Tire Storage
- Possibly Recommend replaceable items or additional services
- Minimum one-year tire experience required
- Starting wage will be $15.50/hr plus incentives
- Must have own **black** steel toe boots (uniforms, tire gloves, safety glasses and back braces are provided)
- Online and hands on training provided on site
- No tools required

Although this is advertised as a temporary job, we want to keep all top performers after tire season and reward them with a permanent full time or part time position. We are interviewing all the time and have many positions to fill within Mr. Lube.
