Music Academy Admin

Burlington Academy of Music is looking for a part time music school admin (7 - 12 hours per week). No music education or experience is required. We are looking for someone that loves people and kids, and is dedicated to doing their best at their job. It doesn't hurt if you love to listen to music, but you do not need to be able to play it : )

Hours are Saturdays 9:00am - 4:00 p.m. and the occasional weekday evening from 4pm - 9pm. This position is great for a very reliable high school senior or a college/university student

JOB DUTIES:

- Answering phones (We're looking for someone that sounds great on the phone with a good tone and excitement for our customers.)
- Great memory with the ability to remember lots of details. Forgetful types please do not apply.
- Registering clients
- Processing paperwork
- Cleaning
- Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.
- Interacting with customers

- Good with Microsoft office, Google products, and social media
- Great phone skills
- Ability to work alone
- Ability to multi task and keep up with lots of details
- Manage a fast paced environment
