ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd., located in Olds, AB, is seeking an Assembly Prep & Installation Technician. This position will be responsible for preparing bare truck chassis for mixer installation. This pivotal role involves preforming accurate identification and modification processes to bare truck chassis as well as preforming installation processes to ensure the successful combination of mixer to truck chassis. **This is an excellent opportunity to join a positive team in a fast-paced environment**
**Day Shift: Mon - Fri, 6:00am - 2:30pm**

**Qualifications**
- Mechanical experience an asset
- 12/24V electrical experience an asset
- Class 3 with air brakes an asset
- Self-motivated, driven and can work well under limited supervision
- Eagerness and willingness to learn through patience and understanding
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Team oriented, positive and inclusive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem solving skills and strong work ethic
- Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude / abilities
- Familiar with hand tools and power tools
- Think and react to changing conditions as needed
- Flexible to accommodate varying shift times, if necessary

**Responsibilities**:
- Measure, mark, and drill truck frames to accommodate mixer bodies.
- Measure and cut truck frames to accommodate mixer bodies.
- Install fenders, mounts and lights on chassis.
- Install mixer bodies on prepped chassis.
- Wire in PTOs, lights, and mixer bodies to truck chassis.
- Use tools and material appropriately.
- Ensure quality work is done in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow up with supervisors to communicate status of equipment being worked on.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work related processes.
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
- Follow all safety policies and maintain integrity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
