**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

Reporting to the Manager, Brand & Content, the incumbent supports our in-house marketing and creative team working as part of a collaborative team, the Lead Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing creative content for Psycho Bunny. The Lead Graphic Designer leads our Graphic Design studio to push the limits of branding and design to support overall marketing and strategic promotional objectives. The Creative Leads role has a dual focus supporting a talented team to realize their potential and deliver fantastic work while driving the business in terms of leading creative projects, pushing the brands overall creativity, improving processes, and optimizing workflows.

**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**

**DESIGN DIRECTION**

You will partner with the broader Brand Marketing team to maintain/define a cutting-edge visual identity for the brand, developing concepts, graphics and layouts to support various marketing strategies in keeping with Brand Visual Guidelines.

You will direct projects from concept to completion with mínimal oversight, ensuring that our projects consistently maintain innovation and quality.

You will lead the creation of visually stunning design concepts for all brand touch points across all channels including but not limited to: store, web, print, social, wholesale etc.

You will maintain a critical eye for processes and quality and lead by example for how you want the team to work.

**LEADING THE GRAPHIC DESIGN STUDIO (CREATIVE PRODUCTION TEAM)**

You will ensure that your reports follow brand guidelines to maintain the established brand, tone and manner, brand guidelines, and visual identity.

You will provide regular guidance to the roles reporting to you and ensure that they succeed in their position and follow our creative vision.

You will support the team to disrupt, improve, and evolve ways of working when necessary.

You will foster team development and improved performance, supporting individual reports through coaching, feedback and skill development.
