**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other areas of the school daily.
- Perform regular dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors and surfaces.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas, ensuring that waste is managed responsibly.
- Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and other necessities in restrooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure environment for students and staff.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning after school events and activities as needed.
- Uphold the mission and values of Maritime Muslim Academy by maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. -Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Respect for Islamic values and a willingness to work in an environment that promotes these principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
