YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the global inventory team, your main role will be to manage the supply of service parts for our different products: snowmobiles, watercrafts, boats, ATVs, SSVs and roadsters. You will be responsible for:
Planning the global sales forecasts for parts.

Ensuring adequate inventory levels for the parts you plan to have available in the global distribution network.

Managing relationships with our supplier network, issuing and managing purchase orders to ensure that agreements and various supply parameters are met.

Participating in long-term contract meetings and negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers for your product portfolio.

Developing procurement strategies.

Working closely with the development, purchasing, and quality assurance teams to ensure that suppliers meet both BRP and customer expectations.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

A bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent training.

A minimum of three (3) years experience in the procurement field.

Organized, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a team.

Demonstrated leadership.

Bilingual French and English both written and oral.

In-depth knowledge of Windows and SAP software would be an asset.

Product knowledge would be an asset.
