Nureva is looking for a **business development specialist** to join our sales team. We offer solutions that are used to create a great user experience in virtual meetings and classes via our Microphone Mist technology, groundbreaking technology that revolutionizes audio in meeting rooms and classrooms.

This position is your opportunity to join our rapidly growing sales team and learn about the changing AV/IT marketplace. This is a great development role for a recent university graduate or someone early in their career.

**You will**
- Proactively identify and create interest with new prospects and leads through a variety of techniques
- Respond to inbound demo and information requests from end users
- Engage our internal specialists as you develop relationships with end-user organizations
- Develop relationships with Nureva ecosystem companies to work leads and close business
- Work with Nureva area managers as new opportunities are worked alongside our channel
- Support remote demos of Nureva’s solutions
- Support Nureva sales and marketing events

**You have**
- A bachelor’s degree
- Excellent listening skills
- An ability to ask good questions and solve problems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn about how to frame product and solution unique selling propositions
- An understanding of tools such as HubSpot and unified communications platforms (such as Zoom, Microsoft® Teams, etc.) - considered an asset
