Looking for an experienced handyman/woman to perform repairs/updates/upgrades for our clients throughout the GTA.
Must have the following before applying:
- be able to pass criminal background check
- must be presentable, polite and able to handle many personalities of our clients
- have safety boots
- have good attitude, and willingness to learn
- perform work on your own or as part of a team
- minimum 2 years verifiable experience in residential or commercial construction
- must have basic knowledge of building codes
Experience in the following is definitely an asset:
- drywall(patching, hanging, mudding, taping)
- trim(baseboards/windows/doors)
- doors (hanging, replacing hardware)
- caulking
- electrical/plumbing fixture replacement
- furniture assembly
- general repairs
- painting
- flooring (tile, click, hardwood)
- small landscaping (shrub/tree trimming)
- rough and finish carpentry
- You aren't comfortable getting tasks mentioned above done in a reasonable amount of time by your self. You will be expected to not only do them on your own, but also deliver an exceptional result.
- You can't be at work from 8am-4pm everyday Monday to Friday, this is not a job where someone can take over the work for you, if you don't show up our clients don't get service. If our clients don't get service, they don't call us back, if they don't call us back we will not have work for you.
Hourly rate $20-$40/hr depending on your experience and ability to perform on your own

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: On the road
