Airport Csr

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, customer service professionals to join our Indigo team providing service to customers/clients of the Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. **This is a seasonal position until end of February, 2024.**

**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Greet all passengers
- Manage queue(s) to accommodate passenger volume
- Provide customer service such as wayfinding, answering inquiries, and assistance with baggage
- Ensure effective segmentation of passenger flows
- Report any irregular operations (e.g. congestion excessive queue/dwell times, inoperable equipment, etc.) to appropriate department

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Ability to work as a team member under mínimal supervision
- Being able to work under pressure during the peak times
- Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- Computer literate
- Able to work Mon - Fri 11am - 7pm OR 3am - 11am
