What you will do:
Le groupe de divertissement Player One emploie plus de 500 personnes réparties dans 21 bureaux partout au Canada et aux États-Unis. L’entreprise, fournisseur de premier rang en Amérique du Nord dans le domaine de l’équipement pour vidéos interactives, jeux, de jeux de rachat et des distributrices automatiques, se spécialise dans l’apport et la conception de solutions pour un large éventail de clients dans le domaine du cinéma, mais aussi pour des destinations de divertissement communautaires comme des sall es de quilles, des restaurants, des salles de jeux électroniques, des centres commerciaux et des parcs aquatiques.

Le Groupe de divertissement Player One, cherche actuellement à pourvoir le poste d'ambassadeur de divertissement, relevant du directeur de l'exploitation, centre de divertissement familial, Groupe de divertissement Player One. Le lieu de travail est aux Galeries des la Capitale, 5401, boulevard des Galeries, Québec, QC G2K 1N4. Il s'agit d'un poste à taux horaire dont l'horaire de travail est variable et qui comprendra des jours fériés et des quarts de jour, de soir et durant les fins de semaine, du lundi au dimanche.

Le titulaire de ce poste devra offrir un service aux invités exceptionnel et assurer les activités de la salle de jeux aux Galeries des la Capitale en tant que préposé à la caisse et ambassadeur de divertissement.

Tâches du poste
- Offrir un service exceptionnel et amical aux invités
- Prélever les paiements par argent comptant, par débit et par crédit pour les achats de cartes de jeu
- Vérifier le solde du tiroir-caisse en comptant l'argent au début et à la fin de chaque quart de travail
- Réaliser les transactions sur les espèces en suivant les politiques et les procédures
- Faire de la vente incitative des cartes de jeu pour maximiser le service aux invités
- Remettre les prix du comptoir d'échange aux invités et recevoir des billets électroniques comme paiement
- Réaliser les transactions de remise de prix en suivant les politiques et les procédures
- Effectuer le réapprovisionnement des marchandises
- Traiter et régler les plaintes et les préoccupations des invités
- Aider à l'entretien des locaux (jeux, comptoir d'échange, bureau, etc.) et veiller à les maintenir en bon état de fonctionnement
- Aider au maintien des stocks de fourniture pour les locaux, y compris la marchandise du comptoir d'échange, des aires de jeux, des comptoirs, des toilettes, etc.
- Effectuer des vérifications hebdomadaires

**Qualifications**:
Exigences mínimales
- Être légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada
- Être disponible du lundi au vendredi
- Être énergique et enthousiaste
- Être motivé
- Posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication verbale
- Posséder une capacité à bien travailler dans un milieu achalandé
