As a Part-Time Cannabis Market Associate, you will be crucial to our customer's experience by offering knowledgeable guidance and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

**Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Greeting and assisting customers with inquiries about cannabis products.
- Educating customers on product offerings, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and other cannabis-related items.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships.
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales area.
- Adhering to all regulatory and company standards for the sale of cannabis.
- Performing routine tasks such as restocking shelves and updating displays.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Must be reliable and punctual.

**Hours**:
This position requires **very part-time availability**, specifically 1-2 shifts a week. Ideal for students, those seeking supplemental income, or individuals with a flexible schedule.
