**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Great communication skills with a passion for customer service
- Friendly and professional
- Book appointments using Mindbody Software
- Answer calls for appointments and answer customer inquiries both online and in-person
- Create a working flow for the salon that is operationally efficient and comfortable for clients
- Cash clients out and assist with product & service information/purchases
- Become the heartbeat of the salon by ensuring team is supported
- Become knowledgeable about Davines products and any other special product offerings
- Someone who always has a smile on their face and contributes to a positive working environment
- Must be available to work weekends
- Passion for style, fashion & social media savvy
- Support our senior stylists in the day-to-day schedule
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge
- Recommending products and services to clients depending on their hair type and hair goals

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints
- Love working as part of a team
- Strong time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills that serve to build great client relationships
- Registered as a hair styling apprentice an asset
- Some hair styling experience or education an asset
- And a good sense of humour is key

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
