**Job Summary**:
The **Co-op Accounting, Capital Assets** role will be working closely with the Accounting team. This role will provide you with hands on approach, in a team environment, to the day-to-day operations of an Accounting Associate. This position will report to a Manager, Capital Assets
Now, if you were to come on board as our **Co-Op Accounting, Capital Assets **we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Work closely with the fixed asset department
- Managing and updating various reports for circulation to management
- Set up new capital assets
- Dispose and maintain assets
- Create graphs, tables, spreadsheets, and presentations, collecting and presenting data and comparative statistics, and documents for managements use
- Process invoices; data entry
- Reconciling new business opportunities
- Pulling and centralizing data from multiple sources to provide accurate and reliable information
- Perform other duties as required
