**Job description**

Clock watchers and couch potatoes need not apply

You will be expected to arrive before the store opens to insure the machines are on and ready for opening.

This job is physical, as in involves lifting of paper cartons, and rolls for our various machines. Open toe shoes are not permitted.

The ability to follow written instruction, problem solve, multi-task, and be detail orientated are all assets Familiarity around computers is a must.

A courteous and respectful attitude towards all clientele is expected.

It is also important that you have fun

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
