Provincially Inspected Abattoir requires a full time meat cutter.

Breaking down of beef, bison, pork, sheep carcasses as well as cutting of the primals from those carcasses for retail and custom freezer orders

Assisting on the slaughter floor with stunning, skinning and eviscerating of animals

Packaging meat products from Bison, Beef, Poultry and Pork

Cleaning of various, intricate meat processing equipment

Weighing and grinding and packaging of proteins

Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Must have own transportation

Must be able to work unsupervised

Shift will be Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Wage commensurate with experience

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
