Driving Instructor

Beep Beep Driving School Inc. is growing and we are looking for a patient, enthusiastic driving instructor to join the Beep Beep family We wish to recruit certified in-car driving instructors who have a passion for training and truly desire to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve. You will be training people to drive safely and confidently in a relaxed, positive, and fun environment in Ontario. As a driving instructor, you need to have a lot of patience and understanding to get the most from your students.

Here at Beep Beep we train beyond passing the road test, our goal is to ensure our students become confident and safe drivers who obey the rules of the road while maintaining the highest level of skilled driving excellence.

**Our Certified In-car Driving Instructors must have**:

- In-car Driving Instructor Certification;
- A valid Ontario Driving Instructor’s Licence (MTO approved);
- G Driver’s Licence;
- Driver Instructor Insurance Approval;
- A clean driving record for the last 3 years;
- Provide an updated Police Criminal Records Check (PCRC) and Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC);
- Driver’s Abstract;
- Vehicle Ownership;
- Vehicle must be in good condition with an instructor (dual) brake on the passenger side;
- Option of using company vehicle; and
- Ontario Car Safety Check Report.

**Working hours**:

- Part-time
- Flexible working schedule; and
- 15-30 hours a week

**Salary**:

- $35.00 per hour with use of personal vehicle
- Instructor is responsible for all vehicle maintenance
- Vehicles must be kept clean (inside and out), ensuring installation and upkeep of instructor (dual) brake, gas, and 6D insurance.
- Roof sign provided by Beep Beep Driving School.
- $30.00 per hour with use of company vehicle
- Company vehicle is strictly for commercial use
- Beep Beep Driving School covers all vehicle expenses including 6D insurance, instructor (dual) brake, all maintenance, including washer fluid and car washes. Instructor is only responsible for gas consumption and ensuring interior cleanliness of vehicle.
- Instructors are paid an additional 0.5 hours per student to compensate for travel time.

**Schedule**:

- Ability to work during weekdays, evenings and on weekends
