Suncity Development is a general contractor and project management organization for commercial and residential development. Through adaptability & innovative new processes & systems, Suncity Development continues to grow in the construction and development sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the start to finish of multiple projects
- Coordinate with estimator, supervisor and management team
- Communicate with the team and upper management
- Visit the sites you are taking point on a daily basis
- Create reports and maintain the project documentation
- Ability to read and work from building plans
- Ensure that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in construction
- Strong communication and relationship development skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word)
- Proficient at blueprint reading,layouts, surveys, and takeoffs
- Understanding all scopes of work
- Ability to manage, coordinate and lead multiple projects
- Basic knowledge of machine operations preferred
- Have a understanding of general construction cost
- Knowledge in AutoCAD is an asset
