Dispatcher

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities and ensuring efficient routing of drivers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize transportation management systems to plan and execute shipments
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to schedule pickups and drop-offs
- Enter data accurately into the system for tracking purposes
- Monitor movements and address any delays or issues promptly

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in dispatch
- Experience using Google Docs and various industry specific software including CRM, ScrapIT, and Fleet Complete is an asset.
- Experience setting up workstations.
- Professional working proficiency in spoken and written English is required; bilingualism is an asset.
- Expertise configuring and managing Apple iOS and Android devices.
- Strong analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills working with technical and nontechnical personnel at various levels in the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
