Established Glass Company is looking to introduce new employees to the Glazing Industry.

Looking to make a **six figure income**, with a balanced lifestyle, Glass Doctor has a proven path to success, and will provide you with the training and support you need.

Qualifications:

- Work ethic, the Glazing Trade is a physically and mentally demanding trade, only individuals with a strong work ethic will succeed
- Physical and mental ability to work with ladders, scaffolding and related equipment required for installation of glass and related glass holding systems. If you have a fear of heights, this is the wrong trade for you.
- Personality suitable to working and communicating effectively with supervisors and fellow employees.
- Personality suitable to communicate effectively with customers.
- Physical strength and endurance to lift and hold heavy glass.
- Professional appearance and personality.
- Organizational and cleanliness skills.

Compensation:
Glass Doctor works with its individual employees to set up an overall compensation package that suits their individual needs, this will include a benefit program, company vehicle, flexible work week, which can include a four day work week, and holidays that exceed what is required. Glass Doctor will also pay for training for employees who pass their certification courses.

Successful Applicant:
The successful applicant will have to pass a drug test, and as part of their ongoing employment, can be tested for drugs and alcohol. This position and trade is a safety-sensitive industry therefore for your own safety and the Team working with you a clean a sober work environment is a requirement of employment.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
