Our debate team has a proud tradition of excellence, consistently achieving remarkable results in various debate competitions, with a particular focus on Model United Nations (MUN). Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive debate program that aligns with the goals and values of the school.
- Conduct regular debate practices and workshops to enhance students' research, public speaking, and argumentation skills.
- Provide personalized feedback and coaching to individual students to help them improve their performance.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to support the needs of the debate team and promote the importance of debate education.
- Coordinate logistics for debate tournaments, including registration, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Stay informed about current events, global issues, and debate trends to ensure students are well-prepared for competition.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and mutual respect among students.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in competitive debate at a high level is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of debate formats, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.
- Outstanding expertise in debating coaching.
- Strong communication skills and organization skills.
- Great passion in debating.
