Sales Operations Specialist

**You will**:
**Provide process support to NAM Application Engineering Chemfeed team through the following tasks**:

- **Issue purchase orders to vendors utilizing Veolia tools ( SAP/ Sales Force/ Cerella, ETC)**
- **Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and log required data in tracking tools**
- **Drive process improvement and enhancement tools to increase team’s productivity and reporting**
- **Collaborate with engineering team on status of order issuance and component delivery with daily communication of any known delays or issues with orders**
- **Manage vendor deliverable schedules to align with order commitments. Responsible for logistic coordination on all custom NAM projects**
- **Issue invoicing requests for projects once completed**
- **Generate and provide reports of project status**
- **Collaborate with other teams and functions in a matrix environment**

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- **Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or a minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP and Microsoft Suite or Google suite of products.**
- **Fluent in English (written and verbal)**
- **Ability to manage multi task and easily switch between tasks**
- **Ability to implement enhancement solutions using self-developed tools (Excel, Sheets/ Word/ Docs, etc.) is preferred**
