C.A.T. Inc., a transportation company in business for over 40 years, is looking for a dynamic
**IT Infrastructure & Support Supervisor**

**Role**
- Lead the IT Infrastructure and Helpdesk teams
- Determine requirements for new infrastructure components
- Work with team members to review options and recommend solutions
- Assign work and responsibilities to team members
- Plan and coordinate integration of infrastructure for new companies
- Manage day-to-day relationships with infrastructure vendors
- Review and code all external invoices related to Infrastructure vendors
- Develop KPI/KVI indicators related to the Infrastructure and Helpdesk
- Build SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) and implement tools to measure and report on these SLA’s
- Ensure adequate monitoring of all IT Infrastructure components
- Work with Business Solutions team to define infrastructure requirements for new projects
- Ensure all support requests received are handled in a timely fashion
- Transfer requests for enhancements, programming, or complex troubleshooting to Business Analysts
- Work with technicians to develop and maintain all procedures and processes required to handle requests
- Communicate with vendors to follow up on requests

**Requirements**:

- Computer Science diploma
- Bilingual (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of the transportation business considered an asset
