**Position Description**

We have an exciting opportunity in our Aurora location for a GPS Technical Support Analyst. This position will be onsite.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support for GPS-related incidents, requests, and changes.
- Setting up new users
- GPS software Training for users
- Work with the GPS vendor
- Work closely with our Fleet management and Health/Safety teams
- Monitor GPS activity
- Build weekly/Monthly/Quarterlyreports
- Keep track latest GPS technologies and standards
- Keep on track of latest Governmental rules and regulations (provincial and federal)
- Work on new system integrations from start to finish
- Some travel may be needed to visit sites

**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years experiencein technical support
- Knowledge with Fleet and Asset Management software
- Knowledge with GPS Tracking/Telematic Software
- Knowledge with Canadian ELD Mandate and Hours of Service Rules and Regulations
- Customer service mind-set is a must
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Quick learner and open to learning
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal customers, external service providers, stakeholders, and co-workers.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to take direction and have a sense of urgency
- Ability to work within a group and alone
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslywith competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Documentation skills area must
- Report creation considered an asset
- Presentation skills considered an asset
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Project Management considered an asset
- Experience with a Ticketing system and managing tickets
- Have a G level vehicle license and a clean driving record
- Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset
- University Degree considered an asset
- Technical industry certifications considered an asset
- Waste industry experience considered an asset
