Store Manager

**Position Summary**:
The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Cannabis Retail Store to include, but not limited to, overseeing the needs of all guests/customers, and hiring and developing the store retail team. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the store is operating in a manner that is compliant with all provincial and federal rules and regulations. The Store Manager will be the main point of contact with the AGCO and will oversee administrative and compliance duties of the retail store and will be responsible for driving sales results.
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Drive sales through leadership and effective KPI management
- A leader in guest experience and customer service
- Manage, supervise, and direct the daily operations of the retail store in accordance with provincial and federal rules and regulations
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the retail store as well as industry-wide product knowledge; provide education to retail store associates about recreational cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption mechanisms
- Oversee all aspects of receipt, storage, packaging, labeling, handling, tracking and dispensing of products containing cannabis in accordance with provincial and federal rules and regulations
- Maintain a professional public relations image that communicates the mission for the company to the public and the cannabis industry as a whole
- Responsible for communicating any regulatory and/or business needs to company leadership
- Direct hiring, scheduling, development, performance reviews, discipline, promotion, or termination activities of the retail store team
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
- 2 + Years of retail management experience
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma, or the equivalent
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or commensurate experience, preferably in the retail industry, ideal
- Must be able to pass all background check requirements as set forth by the Department of Health and Human Services
- Must have a valid CannSell License
**Preferred**:
- Retail Management or cannabis industry experience and knowledge
- Experience ordering for high-volume retail/hospitality setting
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
