**Epoxy Flooring Installer**

**Primary Location: Tallinn, Estonia**

**Employee Status: Contract (6-weeks)**

**The Opportunity**

As an Epoxy Flooring Installer supporting a Floatel Refit Project, you are responsible for installing and maintaining epoxy flooring for 400 cabin bathrooms onboard a vessel in 6-weeks. The size of each cabin washroom is 1.7m2.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Project Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Remove the existing flooring, predominantly linoleum, from the cabins' washroom areas to prepare the surface for the new epoxy floor installation.
- Thoroughly clean the steel floor to remove any dirt, debris, or contaminants that could affect the adhesion of the epoxy.
- Given the scope of the project, manage their time efficiently and complete the required epoxy flooring for approximately 400 cabins within the estimated 6-week timeline.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in epoxy floor installation
- Knowledge of working with epoxy materials and floor leveling techniques
- The job will involve heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environmental conditions are necessary.
- Epoxy floor installation requires precision and attention to detail to achieve a seamless and aesthetically pleasing finish.
- Knowledge and adherence to safety protocols when handling chemicals and working in potentially hazardous environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet project deadlines and ensure the efficient completion of tasks.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors throughout the project.
