In your role, you will:

- Ensure project governance is defined and maintained throughout project duration
- Present to senior business and IT management along with independently being able to produce presentations and other updates for senior level committee
- Work with the Director of Infrastructure to analyse and improve upon technology standards across the organization to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market
- Act as primary liaison for BIS’s technology vision via regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s leadership and end users
- Develop, track, and control the technical services annual operating and capital budgets
- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analysis for technology spending and initiatives
- Provide daily leadership to the infrastructure team on projects, issues and actions.
- Ensure equipment and software operation adheres to established standards, applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure that the program / project are delivered within the boundaries of time, cost & quality according to the customer’s expectations and requirements

**Qualifications**
- You have knowledge of products offered to improve and enhance infrastructure delivery.
- You have exceptional leadership skills to influence and drive multiple teams toward a common vision and roadmap. Strong analytical skills and a natural predisposition toward data-driven decision making.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience creating functional specifications, performing competitive analysis and/or market research.
- You have 10+ years of experience in Information Technology industry and in project management or equivalent area
- You have demonstrated, strong business acumen.
- You are able to work in a fast-moving infrastructure environment.
- You have understanding of cloud migration strategies.
- You are knowledgeable with various hyper-scalers.
