- **No experience required - we will provide training**_
- We are currently hiring for the following shift:_
- _2:25PM - 10:55PM (8 hours), 5 weekdays (M-F)_
- Wage: $19/hr plus $2/hr shift premium (Increase after probationary period )_
- Extended Health and Dental Benefits after 6 months _
- Annual company profit share program _
- Overtime eligible _
- RRSP matching after 6 months_
- **Responsibilities**:_
- _Stacking & bundling of building materials (siding, trim, plank, panels, etc.) - SPF, Hardie board, engineered wood_
- _Reviewing products for quality as they come off the production line_
- _Packaging & labelling _
- _Feeding materials into coating machines_
- _Assisting with machine set-up, operation and general maintenance_
- _General related production duties and clean-up_
- _Willingness to help anywhere required_
- **Requirements**:_
- _Strong work ethic & team first, can-do positive attitude_
- _Show pride in the quality of your work and be self-driven_
- _Ability to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment_
- _Good physical condition, capable of repetitive lifting (25-35 lbs) and physical labor_
- _Good hand-eye coordination_
- _Desire to learn and continuously improve_
- _Good numeracy skills_
- _Strong attention to detail with a desire to contribute to a high-quality product_
- _Reliable and trustworthy - our production team requires consistent attendance and a dedication to succeed_
- **Additional Attributes**:_
- _Reliable Transportation to work (transit, vehicle, etc.)_
- _Forklift experience is an asset, but not required_

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
