Rotisserie Clerk

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
- To be responsible for the full preparation and stocking of the Pane Fresco Rotisserie department;
- To prepare food according to Company standards for food preparation and appearance;
- To serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner;
- To respond to any customer inquiries, requests and complaints ensuring courteous customer relations at all times;
- To assist the department manager in the training and direction of part time staff;
- To maintain the department in the absence of the department manager;
- To ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet with Company policies and standards;
- Other general duties, as assigned.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must possess a minimum of three (3) years food preparation experience, experience in a fast food or restaurant environment is a definite asset;
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings and weekends;
- Must have excellent organizational, verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
