**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- The ability to incorporate the Independent Living Philosophy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have two years of demonstrated supervisory experience including evaluation processes
- Experience with unionized environments
- Rotational on-call duties
- Excellent organizational skills and problem solving ability
- Scheduling of service delivery hours and Employee Schedules
- Ability to interpret/learn provisions of a Collective Agreement
- Computer skills essential (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Human Resource Certificate would be considered an assist

**(Testing will be a part of the interviewing process)**

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform the duties of an Attendant Employee as defined in the Attendant Employee Job Description when required
- Administrative and Personnel Duties
- Conduct Employee Performance Reviews
- Conduct Employee Orientations
- Collective Agreement Management
- Create and Maintain Employee Schedules
- Create and Maintain Tenant Scheduling
- Rotational On Call Duties
- Employee Supervision
- Emergency Coverage

**SALARY RANGE: Under Negotiation**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.91-$23.21 per hour
