Chef de Projet Télécom
Nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de Projet Télécom hautement qualifié(e) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique. Vous serez chargé(e) de livrer des projets critiques et complexes pour des clients entreprises, tout en jouant un rôle clé dans le succès des clients et la croissance du secteur des télécommunications.
Description de la mission
En tant que Chef(fe) de Projet Télécom, vous serez responsable de:
Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets télécoms d'entreprise, en respectant les délais, les budgets et les normes de qualité.
Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les clients corporatifs et gouvernementaux, en établissant des relations de confiance et en alignant les projets sur leurs objectifs stratégiques.
Assurer l'engagement des parties prenantes grâce à des mises à jour régulières, des réunions de suivi et une communication proactive pour garantir la satisfaction des clients.
Diriger des équipes transverses, techniques et non techniques, pour aligner les livrables du projet sur les objectifs commerciaux.
Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies complètes de gestion des risques pour atténuer les défis potentiels et garantir la continuité des projets.
Collaborer avec les unités commerciales internes pour optimiser l'allocation des ressources et répondre aux attentes des clients.
Surveiller et gérer les budgets, les livrables et les échéanciers pour garantir la rentabilité et la valeur ajoutée des projets.
Identifier proactivement les opportunités d'amélioration de l'expérience client et des résultats des projets, en agissant comme un partenaire stratégique pour les clients.
Profil recherché
**Expérience**:
Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets télécoms, avec une expertise avérée dans la gestion de projets complexes et des rôles en contact direct avec les clients.
Expertise pratique en technologies télécoms, solutions cloud et systèmes de téléphonie.
Capacité démontrée à gérer des situations complexes avec les clients et à livrer des résultats réussis.
**Certifications**:
Certification PMP.
**Compétences**:
Excellentes compétences en gestion des relations client, avec un fort accent sur l’engagement des parties prenantes et l’alignement stratégique.
Maîtrise de la gestion des risques et des budgets, avec des antécédents de projets livrés dans les délais et les budgets impartis.
Grandes compétences interpersonnelles, de négociation et de résolution de problèmes.
**Langues**:
Maîtrise complète du français et de l'anglais.

Telecom Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecom Project Manager to join a dynamic team delivering mission-critical, high-complexity projects for enterprise clients. This is a strategic role where you will lead key initiatives to drive customer success and business growth in the telecom sector.
Mission Description
**As a Telecom Project Manager, you will**:
Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise telecom projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and government clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
Drive stakeholder engagement through regular updates, status meetings, and proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Lead cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to align project deliverables with business goals.
Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges and ensure project continuity.
Collaborate with internal business units to optimize resource allocation and meet client expectations.
Monitor and manage budgets, deliverables, and timelines to ensure profitability and value delivery.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and project value, acting as a strategic partner to clients.
Profile Requirements
**Experience**:
At least 7 years of experience in telecom project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in customer-facing roles.
Extensive experience working directly with senior IT leaders in corporate or government environments.
Hands-on expertise in telecom technologies, cloud solutions, and telephony systems.
Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging client situations and deliver successful outcomes.
**Certifications**:
PMP certification.
**Skills**:
Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and strategic alignment.
Proficiency in risk and budget management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
**Language Proficiency**:
Fully bilingual in French and English.
