**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary diploma in Medical Administration or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role in a unionized hospital environment
- Meditech experience required

- Maintain and reconcile bi-weekly payroll hours for submission
- Working with respective collective agreements ensuring shift callouts are completed accurately
- Compile data to generate staffing and analysis reports as required
- Update scheduling reports for Managers bi-weekly
- Collaborates with the Clinical Management team to understand staffing baseline requirements in order to build, modify and maintain employees’ schedules, review and input shift trades and manage vacation requests.
- Accurately updates schedules to reflect employee’s actual time worked
- Identifies and communicates opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned by the CNE/VP and Clinical Managers
